Steel Solid Rigid Centralizer is generally used in regular holes without neck shrinkage or large belly section. When the well diameter reaches a certain level, no amount of rigid centralizers can make the casing reach the desired medium.  


The density of the fluid inside and outside the casing is not equal after the drilling fluid is replaced. The cement slurry is used outside the casing because it is simple to manufacture, inexpensive and capable of meeting the requirements of conventional drilling. In highly deviated directional Wells and horizontal Wells, Steel Solid Rigid Centralizer and elastic Centralizer are often used for installation. 3. Moving force: also known as the running force, that is, the friction force between casing centralizer and wellbore wall, is also the dynamic friction force.


4. Reset Force: The force that pulls the casing toward the center of the wellbore.


There are many kinds of Steel Solid Rigid Centralizer. Generally, there are semi-rigid, straight bar and screw type Rigid Centralizer, as well as ball type Rigid Centralizer and liner Centralizer suitable for liner use.
